Vacant List Zone does not guarantee the accuracy or truthfulness of content provided by Users. You are responsible for performing due diligence before engaging with job seekers, employers, recruitment agencies, or consultants. You voluntarily accept all risks associated with such interactions. Any disputes or conflicts with other Users must be resolved directly. By agreeing to these terms, you release and hold harmless Vacant List Zone, its affiliates, and all associated officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, or liabilities of any kind, whether direct, indirect, actual, consequential, known, unknown, suspected, or unsuspected, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
